Oh yes, I can see this is a really nice forum here. And I will be more than glad to add any tips on cruises and places. My husband and I have been many places by sea and land. Including other countries by do it yourself land travel, but it is nice to cruise, since everything is always there when you want it, and I enjoy being WAITED ON, (HA, HA)..Will in future be considering a group cruise with this forum and other members. We love meeting new friends. Any way, I am anxious to see this ship the Liberty and is it really worth all the money for room, etc., like I said in earlier posts, it has been several years since cruising with RCCL, so I am looking forward to the cruise. But rarely have I ever found anything too bad of a time and we usually always try to make the best of any situation. Life is too short to rumple your panties up over silly and little things. And yes, COFFEE is a specialty of mine, everywhere we travel I go for the coffee, and in Jamaica, I will be doing the same once again. I will check my files and let you know the best Blue Mountain to buy and where. In 2006, I paid $15.00 a pound(which is a steal), but make sure it is the real deal. Must have the stamp. Also the Dominican Republic has good coffee too, we hit the local grocery stores(hire safe driver) to take us to local stores, where the locals shop. Good selection of coffee and cheap and I mean cheap. Probably do same in Montego Bay..Seeking out certain rums also that cannot be bought here in US..For you folks going to Grand Cayman, if you do the Rum Factory Tour, there is a delicious rum, called WILD AFRICA, it is a sipping rum, add to coffee, etc., cannot be bought here in states, but it is very, very good. And folks my husband and I are not big drinkers, but we do like to have a smuch or two now and then.
Any way nuff for now
Melissa
When you get your info on the coffee it would be very helpful if you could post it on the Cruise Places forum in the individual ports of call. We always have folks who are searching those ports and looking for all the info they can get. Thanks!
Congratulations on considering the Spirit Lifters Reunion cruise! Those are a great bunch of cruisers and you couldn't go wrong sailing with them!
