Hey, Charlie - great picture! Congratulations on becoming a member of the scuba diving crowd! I know how exciting that is - problem though, now you'll want to go every chance you get, which isn't often enough.
And now that you're certified, I highly recommend two places; first is Cozumel, considered one of the premier places in the world for outstanding diving. Having been there several times, I can personally attest as to how great it is. Second is Nassau - diving with the sharks is an amazing experience.
Glad you had a great cruise - after all, that IS the most important part.

HI ALL. just joined and am ready for my cruise in May. RCCI, mariner with sister. plan to have a large time! anyone cruisin' same time let me know.
Thanks again Pete,
As you can see I had to chop a little of my review off cause of
to many characters but the end was sort of a nightmare anyway.
Trust me folks you did not miss any of the good stuff about the cruise.
Oh yes Pete I know about both of those places already and planning
on doing both. I was at Cozumel and seen Palancar and Columbia
from above snorkling and said I will be back to dive. And my kids
have done the dive with the sharks and I snorkled there too
but I want to be in that dvd with the sharks too. It looks great
and yet scary but I have to do it at least once. It would be like
the first time I sat with 1200cc's under my butt and going down the
road not knowing if I was going to handle it or not. And glad I did
and still enjoying that when weather is good.
My daughter thinks I should get a few more dives under my belt
before tackling the shark dive but I want to do it asap.
I put it to her this way if I get to Nassau I am doing Stuart Cove
so if I cruise first it will be first. LOL
Take Care All
Charlie

Great review, Charlie. I really enjoyed reading it. I felt like I was at the horseback ride with you. The picture of you and Shirley is a great one. Congrats on the cert.Next time, if you eun into two many characters for a post (we all have) just hit submit and finish the review on a second post. Or third or fourth or fifth post, many have. We get a little wordy here.
When is your next cruise?

Cruising is a wonderful way to enjoy retirement!!
Stopped counting after 110 cruises.
I like how you two do things. Get out there and DO IT! I feel the same way. You only go around once![]()
