Thread: Hello from Florida

Just jumped over from another board to check this one out. Thought I'd stay a while.

As you can see from the name, I'm a journalist, for Florida's biggest newspaper. Living down here it's hard not to take advantage of cruising, and my wife and I love it. I've been on 7 or 8 cruises, my wife a few more.

We love the NCL concept. I firmly believe I shouldn't HAVE to dress up more on a cruise than I do each day for work. I'd have to dust off whatever ties I still own to take them on a cruise, and I hate to dust.

Which newspaper are you affiliated with? Miami Herald? We are up in Gainesville, but lived in Miami for almost 20 years before we retired.

I got a degree in journalism but went into advertising and PR instead(okay, yo can stop snickering now) so I imagine you work with plenty of my fellow Missouri grads.
