Thread: Hello From North Florida!

Hello from North Florida! I want to introduce myself, my name is Pam or cruisingpuppets. I live in North Florida, in McAlpin near Live Oak and Lake City, which is near the Ga line, 60 miles north of Gainesville. My family and I took our first cruise in June of 2004. In just 3 years we have proven that we got hooked! We have been on 12 cruises and have a Christmas cruise booked and are trying to decide on some for next year. We keep finding reasons to cruise! Our daughter's graduation from community college, then her graduation from U.F., birthdays, anniversaries, taking things to orphanages at ports or just because we want to!!! Now our daughter is talking about ideas for her next graduation in the spring for her Masters degree, it has to be something different and amazing! I guess you can tell we love to cruise like the rest of you! I am glad to be able to meet all of you on here! Have a great week!

Hello Char! It's great to meet a fellow Gator fan! My daughter Jennifer graduated from U.F. last year. I am sure glad to find someone that is friendly on this board, it's great! The Glory is our all time favorite ship!!! We have sailed on her twice and we sail on her this Christmas!!! There is something about the Glory that makes you love her! I will post more soon and tell you some special things about it. It is great to meet you. Thanks for the welcome!

Wow, all those cruises! Our last cruise was a holiday one and it was great. Maybe you can go on an Alaskan cruise for your daughter's graduation from grad school (great scenery).

We love you anyway, Ken One of my sons in law is a die hard Canes fan and we have some friendly rivalry going on in the family. My other son in law graduated from UF and the grand kids are following in his foot steps.
