Thread: Hello from Central Texas

Jim, I am so glad you introduced yourself. I live in the part of Houston closest to Galveston, and will be happy to let you know about construction/ traffic, etc. for your trip to the pier.

I don't know much about dirt racing. I know that Texas World Speedway runs all types of cars, but I don't know if that is done there as well.

We are going on Voyager also, but in March.

Belated Welcome and tell us what you would like to see here!

Thanks for the welcome (belated on my part it seems). Construction on I-45 was a nightmare in April when we went there. We're going to be back in December as well as April 08. Yes any help would be appreciated. We useally catch I-45 at Centerville and go stright to Galveston.
