    My first cruise

In September, my husband and I will be going to Bermuda from NYC. This is my first cruise and my husband's 5th.

I am wondering...I am on Weight Watchers. Will there are diet concious food for me to eat?

Anyway...any tips or advice on anything regarding this cruise would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Welcome aboard. You will love this place. You should be able to eat lots of weight watchers types of foods. But my goodness, food is half the fun on a cruise. Work extra hard now and live a little on the cruise. Know you will enjoy the cruise either way.

Welcome newtocruising, the ship all have a special place on there menu for the diet concious. The food is really good and the desserts are VERY good. I don't diet on a cruise but still eat some of the desserts

Hey newtocruising! Welcome to the site . Usually on the dinner menu there's a selection of entrées for the dieters on the cruise.

Remember WW is a life style not a diet so if you are up alittle just stick with it when you return and enjoy your cruise... Snack on all of the fresh fruit , stick with your comfort zone, drink water, Have FUN

    Me too!

Last cruise, I found out that I was really able to stick to the point plan. I enjoyed my morning walks and had a lite breakfast. If you can find sushi - depending on the type, it was a great low-point snack! I then splurged a little at dinner, but it still wasn't hard because the selections were great, and service (on any line) is usually good enough to make sure the "dressing is on the side ." Besides, for the most part, (not sure if everyone will agree) but they portion correctly!

Good luck, but DON"T FORGET TO HAVE FUN!!!!!!!
