Good evening to all
I just signed in as a new member. A good common friend referred me.
Name is Claude Gareau, a ''3/4 '' retired TA from Vancouver, BC.
Other than being fascinated by the overall cruise line industry ( on and off ships, technical,operational,marketing, etc...) I'm a rail enthusiast and a bit of a sport junkie. DW puts up with most of that and actually enjoys cruising. Just as well as this is where I'll spend most of my S.K.I. trip $$$ ( Spending Kids Inheritence).
66 years young; most recent cruise on board MV MERCURY, absolutely splendid all the way.Had already met some nice folks on other boards' roll calls...and enjoyed their company tremendously.
Have no appetite for adversarial , negatively argumentative and mud-slinging-type posters.My favourite expression is : IMHO !!! always open for dialogue and having fun exchanging views.
Hope I'll enjoy this board and promise I'll be a positive contributor.
