Daytona cruise newbie checkin' in!!

Hello all -
I am so glad I came across this site! My husband and I are trying to work on a cruies( our 1st!) to Bermuda. He has been there before and loved it, and I am eager to go as well. We live close to Daytona, so are blessed w/ great weather. I am having issues w/ some of what I'm seeing about Costa, which is the only Bermuda cruise w/ a FL port of exit. DH does NOT want to schlep to NY, Philly, etc, so therein lies the rub. We're in our 50's-early 60's he's retired, I'm semi-retired... I value everyones' input, be it good, bad, or ugly !
