That is a lot of newbie questions that are asked the most, and don't be afraid to ask anything. There is no question that is a dumb one!!! If we don't know, we will find the answer for you!! about the cruise

can any one give me an advice?
I sell cruise but never cruise myself. I am worry that I get those negative feedback when the clients returen. what do I do than? I have one told that she will never cruise again as long as she live. I am the one who arranged her cruise for her. that is a year ago with CCL . they spend a lot of money because is in a suite cabin (catagory 12).
tToday I delivery 6 cabins booked with CCL again in all OV cat. I am in kind of down state that these people will return unhappy.

Hi Ivy!! Welcome to CLF!!!That is how the business is!! You will please many people, not everyone. Some will always complain about anything. It is the way they are. There is nothing you can do. You booked the cruise, then it is up to them to enjoy it!! You have done your job!!
