Char, you will love this cruise but be ready for HOT! I got a sunburn just being out on my veranda the day we went through the Canal, and I would come in to cool off. We were in 7201 for the Canal portion and had 7202 for Alaska. An aft cabin is the best place to be for viewing your trip through the canals!

The Infinity is in great shape and the staff was a delight! We had a great a great lecturer who gave us a running commentary while we did our transit. Martin Harrington did a series of 5 "Beyond the Podium" talks during the sea days. I hope you're fortunate enough to have him on-board with you.

Thanks for the info, Garry. You were lucky to get that FV, even tho it wasn't a corner!

We have sailed on Infinity more than any of the rest of the fleet...all of them but one were aft!

We were very lucky to get 8185 since we booked late. I had been watching for an aft to open up while we were on the Eclipse last month and the day it did we rushed right down and booked it onboard!

We were in 7206 on Summit for our 2003 transit and 7206 on Infinity in 2009 for that transit! The aft is like home to us, as it is for you!

I trust you have Jean watching out for one for you. She was able to get 2 corner and one inside FV for our group when we got close to cruising time. Make sure she knows you're interested!

Actually, no. Bob said he's happy where we are so I've not asked her to watch for one. However, if I happen to see one, I'll ask him again.

I doubt that Char. It's too good of a cruise on a really beautiful ship!

    I know...I know...but does anyone else know?

I wish we had some folks from cruiselinefans on this cruise. The other roll call isn't that active, either.

I showed it to Deb. She likes it. We just can't afford 3 weeks off work. The price is very good!
