Thread: Carnival Imagination - Key West - Cozumel April 18-22

Anyone going on the Imagination down to Key West and Cozumel leaving out on April 22nd? This will be my second cruise ever and my second with Carnival. My first was on the Sensation a couple of years ago, and couldn't stay away. Any advice for "things to do and see" while in Cozumel?

We went on the same route on the Celebrity Century last year. Loved Key West. We took the conch train around town to get the lay of the island. Suggestion, if you do this do not book it through the cruise ship. Instead, do it on your own from the booth right next to the aquarium. It is cheaper and you get to get on and off unlike the ship sponsored tour.


In Cozumel we went to the mainland to see the Mayan ruins. Impressive. Only thing negative I can say about it (or any activity over the strait) is that the ferry ride is terrible. If you have any tendency toward sea sickness, you will definitely show it on the ferry ride.
