moving toward the northwest near 7 mph. A turn toward the north-
northwest is expected today...followed by a turn back toward the
northwest by late friday or early saturday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 60 mph...95
km/h...with higher gusts. Continued weakening is forecast...
And hilary is expected to become a remnant low by friday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 90 miles...150 km
from the center.
