    was located near latitude 12.0 north...longitude 132.3 west. The
    depression is moving toward the west near 10 mph...17 km/h...and
    this general motion with a slight decrease in forward speed is
    expected over the next couple of days.

    Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph...55 km/h...with higher
    gusts. Some strengthening is forecast during the next 48
    hours...and the depression could become a tropical storm on
    tuesday.

    Estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb...29.74 inches.

    moving toward the west near 8 mph...13 km/h...and this motion with a
    gradual turn toward the west-northwest is expected over the next
    couple of days.

    Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 45 mph...75
    km/h...with higher gusts. Some increase in strength is likely over
    the next day or two.

    Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 35 miles...55 km
    from the center.
