From Roatan. Posted very early this morning:

. . . Harvey must have passed almost right over us around 2:30 AM local 2030 UTC. Minimum pressure was 995 and highest winds in the Bight were 42 knots. A lot of rain since midnight, 1.64 inches and total since yesterday is 4.1 inches. Right now we have 15 to 20 knots from the south to south east with it swinging around. I suspect Harvey is still building and moving in a more westerly direction as it passed closer to us then forecast. Presently Barometer is rising and is 1000.8 now.

Thanks for the updates. Like may of you, I hate it when these hurricanes are hitting places I've visited and always think of the nice folks we've met who are living there.

We are scheduled in January for port stops in Roatan and Belize.

    Me, too.
I hate when people see that a storm isn't going to hit the US, an just discount it out of hand because of that... There are REAL PEOPLE in those other places, too!
