Thread: Check in after storms, either flooding, tornadoes, wildfires, or hurricanes

We're in the middle of tornado warnings and severe thunderstorm warnings in St. Louis. Some areas in the next county south of us have had hail as large as oranges. There have been several wall clouds, a few funnel clouds, and lots of thunder. One image just shown on TV showed a hail stone which measures from the base of a thumb to the base of a little finger. I hear the NOAA weather radio sounding again!

A few tornadoes, lots-o-hail & straight line winds here last night. All is well but don't know about Neal's neck of the woods on the other side of the DFW area.

All quiet on the Midwestern Front. Chilly, though.....only 52 degrees this afternoon, and down in the 40's tonight.

Holy cow Sandie We are in the 90's. Glad all worked out ok Sandie

It's called "spring in the midwest". By Monday, it's supposed to get to 90. We've already set 2 record high temperatures this spring, but it can waver as much as 45-50 degrees in a short period of time. The cold fronts come from Canada, the warm gulf air pushes in from the south, and - BOOM - tornado season.

We'll be driving to Cocoa Beach in a month, so save some of that Florida warmth for us!
