Tropical Weather Update

We are closely monitoring the progress of Tropical Storm Richard which has formed in the Western Caribbean. All of the Carnival ships are currently operating their scheduled itineraries. In addition, we have not made any itinerary changes at this time for cruises departing this weekend.

Rest assured, the safety and comfort of our guests and crew is our number one priority. We will operate our ships at a safe distance from the storm at all times.

While itinerary changes are sometimes required due to unfavorable weather conditions, we make every effort to provide our guests with exciting alternative ports. We know how important the ports of call are and will do everything possible to provide our guests with a great vacation experience.

Updates will be provided here on Carnival.com if any new information becomes available. In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming our guests aboard all of the Carnival ships this weekend.

One of the ships apparently did NOT make it back to Ft Lauderdale this morning... do not know which one . . .
Aas I was enroute to the airport, I overheard someone saying they were 'stuck' in FLL and wouldn't be able to board their ship until tomorrow
