Thread: Hurricane excursions booked independantly?

    Just tell me why would you not refund some one money for booking a excursion that never did happen? That would be a big rip off.

    Are you planning a cruise to St.Thomas V.I.

    Not everyone is like Conrad (Spiderman Tours) who mentioned he gives a FULL refund.
