    TWC says only one way on/off S Padre Island... over the causeway bridge. (Sounds familiar, though we have two causeways here)

    It will be closed when the winds reach a certain point - I think 45 mph is what they use here. Then everyone stays on their respective sides of the bridge - no more chance to evacuate.

    Cameron County residents asked to relocate
    Cameron County - Residents in Cameron County living near levees and low lying areas, are being asked to relocate tonight. County Judge Carlos Cascos says the choice is ultimately up to the home owner but does advise them to relocate if possible
