Recon has reached the Caribbean, and is now in the northern edge of the disturbance, where they are finding lower end gale force winds.

Recon still linvestigating.

They have found winds of TS strength in places.
They now seem to be trying to confirm if there is a closed center or not . . . and where. IF there is a closed one, it may be farther north than thought, and that would be significant, in terms of future track.
They did find pressure as low as 1004 mb.
