Tropical Weather Update
Royal Caribbean International continues to closely monitor the path and progress of Hurricane Bertha to ensure guests enjoy safe and comfortable cruises, and to make certain our ships steer clear of the storm.
The safety of our guests and crew is always the foremost concern of Royal Caribbean International.
Given Hurricane Bertha's location and projected path, Royal Caribbean is currently not altering the itineraries of any ships and is providing the following guidance regarding one sailing.
Ships sailing from Cape Liberty Cruise Port
Explorer of the Seas will depart on Saturday, July 12, as scheduled, for its five-night sailing to Bermuda, and will sail it scheduled itinerary. The most recent weather forecasts available continue to predict that the storm will pass well east of Bermuda.
At this time, no other Royal Caribbean International ships are being adversely impacted by tropical weather. Royal Caribbean will continue to closely monitor weather conditions and will update this information if there are any changes to Hurricane Bertha's projected path.
Hurricane Bertha Update for Norwegian Majesty and Norwegian Dream Guests
