ISSUANCE OF A NUMBERED TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING AT THIS TIME.
2. REMARKS: AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WITH A CENTRAL PRESSURE OF
1009MB IS LOCATED ABOUT 330 NM SOUTHEAST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
SURFACE WINDS NEAR THE CENTER ARE 25 TO 30 KNOTS, WITH WINDS ON THE
PERIMETER OF THE SYSTEM NEAR 20 KNOTS. SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE
THAT CONDITIONS APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT AS IT
MOVES WESTWARD OVER AN AREA OF WARM SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES, WEAKER
UPPER-LEVEL WIND SHEAR, AND ANTI-CYCLONIC OUTFLOW.

Could be. And the water is REALLY warm there, so could blow up fast.

Yup give them some warning. This is supposed to turn north but there is a tropical wave with it that could continue west, Have to watch that one too!!

Centered About 275 Miles Southeast Of The Cape Verde Islands.
Although This System Has Not Become Any Better Organized
Today...environmental Conditions Appear Favorable For Some

Become A Tropical Depression Over The Next Couple Of Days As It
Moves Generally Westward At 10-15 Mph.
