SHOWER ACTIVITY HAS INCREASED A LITTLE THIS MORNING IN ASSOCIATION WITH A NON-TROPICAL LOW CENTERED JUST WEST OF THE CANARY ISLANDS. ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS IT MOVES EASTWARD.
