AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS CENTERED ABOUT 500 MILES EAST OF THE
LESSER ANTILLES. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT PARTICULARLY FAVORABLE
FOR SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT. THIS LOW IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY
NORTHWESTWARD DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
