FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER CENTERED ABOUT 150 MILES NORTH- NORTHWEST OF PUERTO RICO...ASSOCIATED WITH A SURFACE TROUGH AND UPPER-LEVEL LOW...HAS CHANGED LITTLE IN ORGANIZATION TONIGHT. HOWEVER...UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE BECOMING MORE FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT...AND FURTHER ORGANIZATION OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS IT MOVES SLOWLY NORTHWARD.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

An Area Of Disturbed Weather Located Several Hundred Miles North Of Puerto Rico Is Associated With A Trough Of Low Pressure. This System Remains Poorly Organized And Significant Development Is Not
Expected As It Moves Slowly Northwestward.
