Sorry, I think I looked at it wrong, I think it is only $50 more than Princess...

We are on the Sapphire Princess, 5/15/11 from Seattle Roundtrip Alaska. Cat F guarantee cabin.

The price on Princess website before taxes, etc is $824 pp. The price after taxes is $1739.48. The price on cruise fish is $874 pp.

The price from Bestprice cruises for 2 of us Cat F including taxes and fees is $1713.78, plus $60 OBC.

The price from our agent, Pavlus Travel, for 2 of us Cat F including taxes and fees is $1641.48, plus $50 OBC.

So I guess the Princess website must reflect some sort of discount....
    Upcoming cruise:
Avalon Luminary 4/28/12, with time in Amsterdam and Paris before and after

Char, this is a fantastic find. A few weeks ago, I booked a trip with Celebrity next May. Saw the prices and could not believe them - thought there may be a catch. Ummed and aahed for a day or so, then went ahead and booked anyway.

This morning, I thought I would take a retrospective look at the prices via the cruisefish website and the price I booked at was shown as the lowest quote. They are now being offered for almost twice as much. I am confident that I am comparing like-with-like as we booked cabin 9112 on Vista Deck for £664 and cabin 9111 on Vista Deck is currently being offered for £1,182! Chuffed to bits that I unwittingly bagged a bargain last month, and that my instinct was confirmed by your website find. Thanks again - of course, I will check BEFORE I book next time! LOL

I'm happy that it is being useful!

When I first posted the link the email alerts were no charge...now there is a charge for them to notify you of any change in price, but you can use it to compare prices without any fee.

I find it very helpful to see the history of the fares. One of my booked cruises has gone down by $100PP but I can't get the reduction or OBC for it since it is on Celebrity and they will only honor price drops now if the reduction is within 72 hours (or something like that) of the original deposit.
I'm happy anyway! My fare isn't the highest shown.
