I haven't heard of any ... I checked the Marriott hotels there a while back, and none of them offer shuttle service to the Carnival docks. There's a TripAdvisor page with some of the options for getting there from LAX and LGB airports.
This page has some of the local paid shuttle operations you can check.

I do believe there are some hotels that will. Let me look into that. I'll find a list that gives recommendations of good hotels (there are some seedy areas of Long Beach, which is a pretty decent size city with some industrial areas that you'll want to avoid).
Please check back in a couple of hours.

Found the list of recommended hotels in Long Beach:
Hyatt, Westin, Renaissance, Avia
Hilton, Courtyard, Residence Inn Downtown, Maya
(most likely any hotels that are not on this list are in the less desirable area)
From what I heard, you can contact the Hilton (you may have to call the front desk instead of booking thru the website, but I'm not sure), about getting a Carnival Passengers rate.
You can probably check out their websites about shuttles to the Port of LB (where Carnival has their berth). They may also take you to nearby restaurants and shops.
There is a freebie shuttle that goes around LB for sightseeing purposes (probably not for taking your luggage, especially as I don't think they stop at the Carnival berth). We did take this shuttle when we were at the Aquarium of the Pacific (which I highly recommend if you are staying long enough to see the sights) and it took us to the Shoreline Village (a quaint shopping and eating place) which is next door to where the Queen Mary is. We also walked alongside the Marina waterfront at sunset and it seemed really safe.

If you call the Hilton in Long Beach and ask for the Carnival rates, you can get your room for $89.00 a night ($108 with taxes), but you have to call the hotel directly, not the reservation line. I have stayed there 3 times at this rate. To get to the port from the Hilton will cost about $7.00 by Taxi, that is how close they are to the ship.

Let me see what kind of info I can find on that hotel. There are areas of LB that are very industrialized.

The word I get is that it is in a commercial area. Long Beach has done a good job of renovating and updating some areas (the waterfront area near where Carnival is berthed has a lot of tourism so much safer, etc.), but other areas, are still industrialized as it has been for many years.
