I would love to post my pictures. Diamond Head was the best.

We climbed all the way to the top, then we climbed through one of the gun turrents (?sp) So alot of the pictures are from at the very top.

There was a slab of concrete and I went to the very edge (no rail) and took pictures from there.

Patricia.......your pictures are wonderful, let me know how you like mine.........nothing like those great views however from the top of Diamondhead..........we should have done it!!

We didnt cruise but spent 8 days in Hawaii last year for our anniversary.

It was amazing!

We spent a 5 days in Oauhu and 3 in Kauai. if I had it to do over again I would have spent more time in Kauai.

I felt like I really needed to see th Arizona, to pay tribute. I come from a Military family and it was purely by grace that we didnt have anyone there at that time. But you know? Now that Ive been there done that I dont really feel the need to go back.

I would LOVE to spend more time in Kauai though or the Big Island.

I posted a few pictures the other day of our NaPali cruise. That was amazing!

I loved everyone else's pictures too!

One thing thats a do not miss if you like a bargain is the swap meet at the Aloha Bowl I think its Tuesdays and Saturdays

You can get some great deals there!!

I was in Hawaii years ago with my ex and his family. We spent one day on Oahu, and got to see Punchbowl, which is also very moving. Then it was on to the Big Island. We never left the west coast, so I missed the volcano and Hilo. The Kona coast is pretty built up with hotels, etc, but NOTHING like Honolulu.

The wildest hotel I've ever seen was the Waikoloa, north of Kona. the beach isn't great there, so they made their own. The hotel has a monorail, and ferry boats to get to the different buildings. There is fabulous landscaping (and in Hawaii, that is saying a lot, since every place is beautiful), stunning art work and sculpture thru out, a dolphin encounter, swim up bars, stores, and stuff I have forgotten. there were parts that reminded me of the Acapulco Princess, but much, much, more. It's like a DisneyWorld/Art Museum/Botanical Garden/Aquarium/Hotel combination.

I loved Hawaii especially the Big Island.

on oahu the arizona memorial made me very emotional.
I didn't care for the polineasean cultural center i thought it was a waste of time and money.
