What changes could HAL realistically make to improve your cruise experience with them?

Two things:

Be more kind to solo travelers - otherwise go back to the old days of only charging us a supplement of 40% instead the current 100% (in other words I am tired of paying for two people when there is only one person traveling)!!

More respect for the Medallion Members (I am a “Bronze Medallion Member� as I have cruised 100 or more days [116 to be exact] on HAL). That status is based solely on the number of days that you have cruised on HAL - not like the current "star" system where you bonus days for suites and extra days based on how much you spend on the cruise (e.g., specialty restaurants, gift stores, and shore excursions).

Such a shame HAL does not seem to any longer care about their long time passenger base!

Or any passenger base.

Kind of why we now prefer Celebrity.
