Tim, the answer is quite simple. Since the whole cruise was an overall disaster and basically 8 out of 10 days were of frustration and misery, they can make it up to me by giving me a totally free cruise for Deb and I. That includes tips, shore excursions, and soda packages. And one specialty dining night since we had to cancel ours. I am still going to have to miss two weeks of work (and pay) and provide transportation, but I think they should handle all else.
My biggest frustration is how corporate handled it. After three letters they offered me $300 off my NEXT cruise. Considering what interline rates are, they would have still been making a profit if we took them up on their offer.
