While surfing for an answer to this question I have received many different answers. Would some please clarify HAL's alcohol policy? My wife and I sailing the Noordam on May 14th and we are looking to keep costs down.
It is my understanding that we cannot bring hard alcohol on board. We can however bring Champagne and wine on board. We would be charged a $15 corkage fee should we chose to consume these in one of the ships restaurants, but we would not be charged the corkage if we drank it in our stateroom. Is this accurate?
If it is accurate, does this mean that we can bring a case of wine with us when we embark?
