SailKeyWest, the suite breakfasts are not in the Pinnacle on my cruise. They are sending us to the regular dining room, but sitting us on one side, while everyone else sits on the other side, and at the rear. It's still a nice breakfast, but it's a little less special.
We are going to the Pinnacle tonight specifically because it is the Indonesian Crew show tonight. We have the later seating, and this way our waiters will have more time to get ready for their performance.
Neal, we have 2 sea days in a row, so we are eating in the Pinnacle on a sea day, and not on a formal night. But I know that is not true for all cruises.
I recommend taking a look at your dinner menu each day, and if you don't see anything special for that night, call the Pinnacle immediately and make an appointment! If you are in a deluxe suite, you will have a menu in your stateroom that your steward will update daily.
Another alternative is to have a Pinnacle lunch on a sea day. But I do want to know what Yonnie suggests also.
