I forgot to ask . How will the person in the Neptune Lounge know if you should be there.
I am sure I WILL HAVE MORE QUESTIONS as I want to take full advantage of the perks.

You will probably be identified by a something on your room key card.

When your picture is taken in the cruise terminal, it is sent to the concierges.

Only on embarkation day will you find the door to the Neptune Lounge open. When you get there, the concierges will greet you by saying something like "Welcome aboard Mr & Mrs....".

After the first few hours the door to the Neptune Lounge will always be closed and locked -- foreward doors only can be used to enter the Neptune Lounge. You need to insert your ID card into the lock to gain access to this area.

Should I tip the person inside the Neptune Lounge each time I ask for something . As I would tip the person who would bring me some thing for room service.
also at the end of the cruise what would the proper amount of money
would you tip the ( I am sorry but what you call that person) person in the Neptune Lounge.

We tip the concierges at the end of the cruise.

The amount you tip depends on how much you use them. This can range from $20 - $50 on a 7 day cruise.

Also -- if we use one more than the other one -- they each get different tips.
