When they say collectable gift. I guess they mean the tiles. does anybody know if there are still Tiles.
Will they be still giving Tote bags , They were useful when we were going to the beach.
I can't believe that they are igorneing the long time Hal cruisers and the people who buy suites. I am sure they will be changing it soon , if enough people complain .

Haven't heard if we will still be getting the canvas tote bags and the tiles.

Changes -- it took 3 years for them to come up with this. We talked with James Deering (former HM) at a Q & A session back in 2006 and he mentioned then that the program would soon be changing.

We won't be cruising any more by the time they make the next change.

They are 4 inches by 4 inches with a cork backing.

Many people use them as coasters.

Originally we were going to cover our game room bar with them.

Then HAL changed to these newer styles which aren't as nice as the original ones we got. And the new ones are thinner than the original ones.

So now they are just stacked up on the bar.

A few of the tiles I use as coastesr, the rest are in a closet somewhere. I use the tote bag when I go to my pool,
I bring my Booze and a towel . I gave away about 5 bags to my sister and friends. they all like them. Too bad they are
not a little bigger.

You are right -- the canvas bags are not that big. On a cruise we won't even take them to the beach.

I read on CC where one person uses them when she goes to the grocery store -- that doesn't work for us either -- guess we shop a lot more than she does -- or she goes to the store every day -- we don't .

I have tons of the bags -- finally gave a dozen of them to our neighors to share with their married daughters.

You do not get them on your first HAL cruise.

But each cruise after that you should get them -- only 1 per person per cruise.

How exciting...NOT! I have spent no less than a hundred grand with HAL on the dozen cruises I've been on, and that's all they can offer?
