Thanks Yonnie! That's the same as the 6 for the price of 5 on NCL. As long as they have MGD we are happy campers. LaBatt Blue tastes nothing like Bud!

I knew that I had it in my files -- bu some unknown reason my one laptop wouldn't let me copy and paste it here (or anywhere else for that matter).

I also have what it costs for a liter bottle of quite a few brands of alcohol that you can have delivered to your cabin if you want that as well.

Another wine question....Does HAL have wine cards?

Right now HAL still has the wine card -- they will be discontinued the 1st of January.

House wine card -- 10 glasses for $41.40 - inlcudes 15% gratuity.

House wine card -- 20 glasses for $77.63 - includes 15% gratuity.

You have a choice of:
Chardonnay
Pinot Grigio
Merlot
Cebernet Sauvignon
White Zinfandel
"sparkling"

We have bought the cards quite a few times -- use them at dinner -- we think the wines are very good.

Some ships are still using Stonebarn -- but most ships have switched to California Vintners.

Yonnie, you say the wine cards will be discontinued January 1. What wine cards/packages will HAL offer after that date???

Beginning Jan 1 - there will be a new combination card -- $50 -- which is suppose to combine the soda card, the wine card, the cocktail card and the coffee card all into one.

And you won't actually be given a card any more -- it will be linked to your ship ID and thus onto your shipboard account.

As to how it will break down as to how many wines, cocktails, etc., you can buy with this new card has yet to be determined.

This will also eliminate people saving
cards from one ship to another when they don't completely use up a card or hiding a card with a couple of punches left on it in the bible.

Next week I will ask for a wine card, where do you buy them , at any bar , or front desk
or on the first night at the dining room. another question how many drinks on a card.
