We have booked quite a few future cruises while on board -- some were for specific cruises - other we just left open until we decided on what cruise we wanted to take.

You get to put down only $100 per person instead of $350, etc.

You also get some shipboard credit depending on the length of the cruise and the type of cabin category you book.

When we make the deposits, the Cruise Consultant on board always asks us if we want to transfer our booking back to our TA. We have used the same TA for 23 years.

    Well worth to me.
