Less dining area in Lido on Eurodam

I have been reading on CC from those that are already on the ship -- the Lido buffet area has less tables and sitting area.

And the area around the middle Lido pool has fewer tables because of the new cabanas.

Thus it is very hard to get a table for breakfast and lunch.

    More passengers and fewer tables!!

    Doesn't sound good to me.

Lately I have been getting the impression that HAL isn't thinking.

Hate to hear this! Even those of us who had rather eat these meals in the main dining room sometimes NEED to eat in Lido!

And you have to keep in mind that there are days when the dinning room isn't open for lunch and thus everyone has to either eat ashore or in the Lido.

    Ditto on that.

More people with less tables makes no sense. Bad move on Hal's part.

The cabanas are another story again. I think those in the Lido pool area are horrible. They take up too much public space.

On CC there are some people on the inaugural cruises.

I have been following one thread the whole time.

The report is that many of the areas of the ship are too crowded. Also it has been reported that because of the cabanas on the Lido deck and all the lounge chairs and tables and chairs, there is barely a path people to get through the pool in a single file.
