It will work, if you follow it to the letter.. I've never had anyone tell me it didn't...

I would like to try this but it says no substitutes.

I cannot eat cottage cheese. It will make me gag. I am not kidding. I doubt that I could swallow it. Please don't tell me it is in my head.

I dislike tuna, but I can eat it.

    Any ideas?

I agree that WW is the best and healthiest. I don't do diets...just eat sensible, whole foods whenever possible and balance what I eat...and exercise. Diets which totally cut out certain foods (except for processed sugar) are not healthy, in my opinion. The body needs a bit of everything, including carbs, if they are the 'good' kind. WW teaches people to eat healthily and in a balanced way, for life. Good luck to those out there on a quest for the perfect body!!

I know what I need to do: exercise, exercise, exercise. Put on that cardio video, park away from the entrance of the stores, go up and down our stairs a lot. Now if I can just give up the chocolate...

I do not know why people assume ( wrongly) that low carb diets are NOT balanced. I am sorry but I have been eating this way for 3 years, first to lose 50 pounds and now to stay healthy. Well I just turned 57 yestreday and had my physical today and last week my gyn. My doctors wanted to know what I was doing to keep myself so healthy. My skin has no wrinkles my heart has NO plaque, my arteries are perfect, my eyes are getting better, along with my bloodwork ( which was NOT before I changed the way I eat I went from 225 in triglycerides to 84)) I eat everything except hi glycemic things ( sugar and starches) and I can bet you I eat more veggies than most people, but do eat fats and all sources of protein. plus I try to go to the health club once in a while. I will NOT eat anything low fat, but never let transfats or hydrogenated or processed pass my lips, those are the real killers.NO ONE NEEEEEEDS SUGAR! Cut out the sugar on any type of diet and you will lose. Junk food kills!

Here is a 3 day diet that works.. Certainly, you can stick it out for 3 days, if you do, you will see a weight loss...

    3 DAY DIET. . . .

THE FOLLOWING DIET (SUGGESTED BY THE MIAMI HEART INSTITUTE) MUST BE
FOLLOWED EXACTLY. LOSE 4-8 LBS. IN 3 DAYS.
My doctor gave me this diet 3 weeks before surgery, and boy did it ever work! However it is not much food so on your off days you really need to not eat alot!
