    Cammie, that wasn't bad at all. I'd have expected it to be more. It cost that much or more to be seen by a Dr on US soil!

    I agree...the medical people on HAL are great...attentive and knowledgeable!!

    hi,
    yes there is medical service, all though, i don't think they will bill your insurance.
    I beleive they can be pretty pricey also.

    Most of the ship have excellent medical facilities. If the ship's doctor is available you can always visit the crew's doctor.

    I had an accident on HMC a couple of years ago and needed exray's of my knee and leg. The ship's doctor wasn't there but the crew doctor was. Since I was able to prove that there had been negligance on the part of a couple who were supposed to be keeping the bathroom floors clean and as dry as possible and not carrying on and laughing outside, I didn't have to pay for either the visit or the exrays.
