Usually you can request it in the personalizer!! If it isn't available, when you board go to your assigned dining room, or the anytime dining room, and talk to the mailtre D. Tell him what you require, and by dinnertime, they will be ready for your order!!

Best bet is to tell your t/a and e-mail your cruise line.........not every cruise line offers a personalizer..........if it is important......use every source you can and get a confirmation from your t/a.

Rex princess has a personalizer you can fill out on line prior to your cruise. You can fill it out just like your documents...........gives them your wants and desires prior to the cruise. It is a neat idea...........
You can fill in special diets, free robes for the length of the cruise, a fruit bowl in your cabin, with choice of fruit, and if you choose, a credit card# to be used on board. If you choose not to, you can do it at boarding!!

HAL, and Carnival also offer this with their on-line pre-cruise sign in....

Think most cruise lines have this. They do like to know in advance. Always, on Princess we've seen people do this. On our last X cruise one of our tablemates was brought a special menu each evening for the next night.

Yes...I beleive you can let the line know of your special request and they will try to honor it.
