Diet?! I'm not a fan of that word when using it to refer to losing weight as people typically "diet" for a certain amount of time or until a goal is reached, only a temporary weight loss in many cases.
On a cruise I try to stick to my normal eating patterns which is making healthy choices but love, love to try new foods! I try to off-set any additional calories with working out and taking the stairs EVERYWHERE!
Char - I too enjoy Blu! I was recently on the Celebrity Equinox and I found the food so fresh and healthy, I could hardly wait to get to dinner to see what was on the menu. You might enjoy a blog post I did about Blu, called Frog Legs Anyone?
