Thread: Who has actually HAD Noro Virus on a cruise?

Hi,
I had Noro on Independence of the Seas my last cruise in May 2010.Not very pleasant to say the least.I reported to the ships doctor who gave me an injection and was confined to my stateroom for 24 hrs.I received a letter of aplogy from RCCL stating that I would receive a credit for my next cruise.Still waiting!!

GRAND .... Not a fun thing to have happen on a cruise! Sorry you had to experience it on yours.

Please do let us know what sort of compensation RCCL is giving you for your next cruise ... when you finally hear from them.

Grand- So unlike my experience with HAL. After 3 letters all I got was a $300 credit on our next HAL cruise. Not going to happen......

I guess I was lucky to get it on the ship, but not know it till the following day after debarkation.

Ah, but how did you know that you did not get it from the flight back and not from the ship?

Okay, how about on your trip back home from wherever to wherever based on whatever mode of transportation you used?

Drove home in the same car I drove to the port, and home in 22 minutes.
