Yes, I am more than happy to keep bringing it up. My goal eventually is to get to be the top google search item for "cruise from hell". Then I will forward that info to HAL with the message "it looks like I am succeeding in convincing others how poor your service is".

Neal ... I don't have it on because it made my old computer run quite slowly ... haven't tried it with the new one. I send you a frubal message.

HAL certainly did not handle what happened with their hair dryer you were using well. You could have been much more injured than you already were and it could have caused a fire if you hadn't put out the embers.

And I ran out of frubals right before I saw your message, otherwise I would have done the same!

I know, that was what was so incredulous about the whole thing. We announced it as a fire danger and they totally ignored it! Of course, the medical part about second degree burns should have set off alarms too. Their lack of emergency preparedness was unbelievable.
