Do most CRUISERS wash/clean their hands frequently?

Not from what I see in the bathrooms

I do as well as sanitize. Also if or when I cough I cough into my elbow, not my hands.

Really does seem to me LOTS more cruisers are washing their hands much more frequently than in the past!

Not so sure that it's done long enough or properly ... but some effort is better than none at all.....

I've seen it where they do and they don't. And I wasn't counting, so not sure how to answer. I just hope that more are now than the last time I cruised.

I am sure more do than don't, but it only takes one to spread their germs around.

I don't know about women, but I will say HALF the men don't wash their hands after using the restroom. I ALWAYS do, even if I'm drunk. And I never touch the door knob, always use a paper towel.

I know on my last cruise, I've seen a few women leave the restroom without washing their hands (while my girl, 8 at the time, would be at the sink washing away, without me even having to remind her).

And whether or not hand sanitizer prevents viruses from being passed around, I always look for the sanitizer bottle or machine to use before entering the buffet. It couldn't hurt.

Maybe with the flu looming, more people will take more time to wash their hands. A bit cynical about this, but always hopeful.

I noticed on the Carnival Imagination, everyone washed after using the restroom. The swine Flu Pandemic has scared the daylight out of people. I always do and I use the hand sanitizer as well.
