We take all of our normal meds, including vitamins. Why would you change your normal routine just because you are on a cruise?
Good for you, Char!
We take our blood pressure pills in the AM so No Problem! (Also an extra Vit C )
Problem is ... we aren't on our normal routine while cruising and have to admit we are often guilty of not taking the vitamins we normally take with dinner when we are late returning to our cabin in the evening.

We take the same as any other day. I tend to take all my prescription meds and vitamin and fish oil in the morning. Take fish oil later in the day with a meal also. DH tries to remember, but half the time we're sitting in the dining room and he says, "Darn, forgot to bring my pills." He just takes fish oil and an aspirin, no prescriptions.
I seem to bring along a medicine cabinet in my carry on. I try to remember to take my vitamins, calcium, fiber pills, but I'm just as bad on the cruise as I am at home. I also have to remember my Claritin, which seems to be more critical as hay fever can really ruin a vacation.

I take no pills of any kind except when I get a migraine. DH does take his vitamins, bp, & cholesterol meds with him. I think he takes, them, I just don't check.

I always take my vitamins and other meds with us on a cruise. I don't usually have a problem remembering them since I take my morning meds when I brush my teeth. The only one I have problems with is the calcuim I'm supposed to take at lunchtime. I seem to forget that one. Also, I take Fosamax once a week, and since I never seem to remember what day of the week it is on board ship, I'm always forgetting that one.
I have never taken vitamins and never will, unless I am prescribed one for a deficiency. I learned early in nursing school that over 90% of the vitamins you take are flushed out and down the toilet. I have better things to spend my money on. I do try to get in all the food groups most days. It's worked for me for almost 65 years. I can say that cause mom never gave me vitamines as a kid either! PS I don't take any meds, so far anyway!
