I don't need vitamin supplements because I get enough from the food I eat. My meds are taken at a different time however, like diuretics, I can't take them if I'm going on an excursion because I don't have control over when the pit stops are. So I take them when I get back to the ship and many times I forget to take them.

I'm probably better at taking all my supplements while on a cruise than at home. I take my vacation pill holders and it's quite easy to take every day.

On cruises we actually take DOUBLE Vitamin C which is 1,000 vs 500.

Why is that?
I know B-complex helps me feels better the next day if I take it the night before if I have a little too much to drink, which isn't much for me.
