I think you should, just put it in a holder and strap it around your neck,

I am not allergic to it but it does dry out my hands so I use it very sparingly.

I didn't have the problem with Purrell but on our last cruise, the norovirus broke out and one of our poor tablemates had a reaction to the Purrell. His hands were so itchy and raw but they would not let him into the dining room or any food venue, unless he took a squirt.

When the waiters stood outside the doors with the bottles, you couldn't even adjust the amount of Purrell you were getting. Bringing a towel, napkin or handerchief with you to wipe off some of it might help as well. After you wipe some off, then use the moisurizer and hopefully, the itching and rashiness may go away.
