I have gotten into a size smaller jeans since we booked the cruise. I would love to get down one more size. That would be great.
I am going to go have my thyroid tested today. I know it can play a part in my weight going up. I don't want that to happen before we cruise. And lately I have been feeling like I do when it changes again and poof all of a sudden I have an extra 35 - 40 pounds on me. I hate it when that happens.
Ok, what are you guys doing to loose the weight? I have cut out almost all carbonated drinks. I do have one occasionally. I have also tried to cut down on my portions of food. I am not cutting out the good stuff just doing moderation.

I spent yesterday at the mall with my DH and her BF for her 13th birthday. I found the most beautiful formal on sale for only $60.00 and just had to try it on. Well, it was to small and it made me realize that my formals at home are probably to small too!
We have less than three months before we cruise so lets get busy. I plan on swimming at least three days a week and am going to cut my carbs way down.

Since I have started tracking my weight I have lost 5 more pounds. I agree I need to get down to the smaller sizes.

Good job. Build up the muscle and it will be beneficial. Also muscle does weigh more then fat so if the weight goes down you know you must be looking better.
