I asked my doctor for something for sickness and he wrote me out a prescription for this.
He told me to put it on the night before we leave and keep it on till we arrive in Bermuda. Like I said, this is our 1st cruise.
We are leaving from Bayonn, N.J. amd he said the waters may be a little rough because of us leaving in the Atlantic.
Also said that by the time we reach the other islands in the caribbean, the water will be much more calm.
