    Bonine..........can get it at any drug store.......works really good for me.

    heh heh heh ... Bonnie ... uses the patches. In fact she got her supply yesterday. I never need anything. One time I got a little woosy when we had really high seas. Mom used the wrist bands. Seems sort of like Voodoo to me!

    Personally - I too, like Bonine - but only had to use it once.

    I only needed something once and that was by the bottom of S. america and i got some from the ship the room stwerd got them for me.

    Bonine 24 hour slow release tabs...best thing since sliced bread. This is coming from one real sick cruiser without them.

    Mango, please tell me more about your "bottom of S.Amer. " cruise. Were you cold? Did you have a balcony? Would you recommend one?
