Ginger tablets and have Bonnie just in case. I start taking the ginger a couple of days before I leave for the cruise and also during the cruise. Ginger's good for ya and won't make ya sleepy. Plus if you ate too much it helps calm that full stomach.

I have been one who gets motion sick for as long as I can remember. Because I get motion sick easily is the major reason we did not start cruising. I was so sure it would be a bad experience. Well thanks to my faithful friend Bonine I am now very addicted to cruising. I have actually gone several days and not taken Bonine while on the ship.

The thing I like about Bonine is it does not make you sleepy plus it works great with no adverse effects while drinking alcohol. So now just give me my Bonine and my champagne

    Bonine is the BEST

Has anyone tried licorice? I keep a baggie of Good and Plenty available if I feel iffy.

    Hi,
Well I get really sick, so i put those sea bands on my wrists while I'm in port b4 i leave and don't take them off until I get back 2 port @ home and if i feel the slightest bit queasy, Which I haven't yet(knock on wood)dramimine or bonine, I've been reading about ginger root recently so I'll be taking that along 4 the ride also.
I hate being seasick, but then again, who does.
